Headline – Nicollet County, MN Signs with CODY
Pottstown, PA; January 3, 2006 -- CODY Systems announces a new contract with Nicollet County, MN to provide a single-source integrated data management solution for the County Sheriff's Department.
Nicollet County is located in south central Minnesota, and has a population of 27,000. The Sheriff's Dept. has seven full time road officers, several part-time officers, twelve dispatchers/jailers, two investigators, and one clerical staff member.
The county has purchased CODY's Enterprise Level Records, Jail, and Civil Process Management systems, along with CODY's wireless Mobile Field Reporting System for county mobile units. All of these systems are fully integrated and share one central database. To aid investigations and crime prevention, the county also purchased CODY's Crime Analysis and Mapping module, along with an interface to the state VINES system, as well as NCIC/State query capabilities for the County's mobile units. The contract also provides for CODY to convert all of the Sheriff's legacy data to the CODY format.
